novaHost - Spy Tab

The Nova Host Spy tab shares a code base with the IG Spy tool and functions nearly identically from a user interface perspective.

Usage

The Nova Host GUI creates an instance of the pC-Nova ICD and passes a pointer to aeHost2Pcnova for plugins to modify through the Plugin API.

Each frame, the Nova Host GUI calls aeRosetta to translate any modified aeHost2Pcnova to CIGI packets and to translate return CIGI packets to aePcnova2Host fields.

The Spy tab works directly with the Nova Host ICD to allow users to Spy IG returns and directly set ICD fields for aeRosetta to translate to CIGI and send to the IG.

As an example, in the screenshot above, we have used the Spy tab to set the time of day and turn on rain.
